Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, Beijing

I was welcomed from the minute I arrived, the rooms, although a bit old, were elegantly appointed and extremely clean, offering all the features I expect from a five-star hotel, including complimentary shoeshine. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff arranging unique experiences and attending to every need. The location in a beautiful area of Beijing was convenient and part of a lovely spa, perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was of high quality with fresh options and cook-as-you-wait stations, offering a delightful mealtime. However, the facilities could use some updating.

The hotel is a gem! The rooms are incredible, coming back soon with every comfort accounted for and arranged of high standard from the lobby to public areas. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff, especially Christine in the lounge, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Chaoyang District, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The dining experience is fantastic, with a wide array of both western and Chinese options. The facilities are outstanding, making my stay even more enjoyable.
